My own healing journey began in 2021 when I had my first sound bath over zoom. I had come across a post about it while dealing with traumatic events so I was open to giving it a try. As a mother of 3 I rarely get the time to myself. So it was hard to even coordinate the time. I came out refreshed as if I had a actual bath. It began a shift in my life. I started healing my energetic body.

 

Not only that but these sessions came with an intuitive reading which has been my guiding light through the trauma. ​With leaning into the pain and using different modalities such as meditation, reiki, sound healing and ultimately connecting with my spirit, I was lead into a light through the darkness. Being able to tap into the life force energy and it to heal has ignited my fire beyond anything else I have experienced before.​ My experiences in this realm of work has further reassured my needed role as a healer as I have been in past lives. Along with these modalities I am claircognizant and may channel messages you are meant to receive.
